The time relay system keeps the exact time for up to 4 years.
When the watch detects 24 hours of inactivity, it settles into
suspended animation (sleep mode) to save power. Date
continues to advance correctly while the watch is in sleep mode. Wake it up
with a few shakes of your wrist and it will automatically reset
to the correct time even if it has been asleep for up to 4 years.
