Sofa, corner sofa bed, with 160x200 lying surface, bed linen holder

Our beloved sofa is for sale due to lack of space due to moving. Five-person, large, comfortable corner sofa, upholstered on all sides (no need to push it against the wall). The mattress is made of light sand-colored fabric, the backrest and the lower frame are covered with dark brown fabric. By turning the left part, we get a 160x200 cm, very comfortable bed, with a medium-hard, spring-structured lying surface, of suitable quality for everyday sleep. There is plenty of room for 2 sets of bed linen in its bed linen holder. In a clean, well-maintained condition (only used with a mattress protector!), from a non-smoking room. The only aesthetic flaw is that the fabric is frayed at the corner of the shorter backrest, apart from that, it is structurally flawless, the mattress is not stretched out or shriveled.
Sizes:
- when folded, the longest side is 295 cm long, the L-shaped part is 215 cm long, including the backrest, it is 90 cm wide and 80 cm high, the seat is 45 cm high.
- when opened: including backrest, 170 cm wide, 210 cm long (the lying surface itself is 160x200).
