HP LJ Pro M404dw - printer Duplex, Wifi, AirPrint

I am selling a B&W laser printer HP LaserJet Pro M404dw with functions such as AirPrint, wifi, Duplex. It was purchased in 08/2021 and due to its non-use, we are moving it on. It has only 3500 pages printed. I will also pack a new toner + the installed one still prints.
