Lebanese Style Minced Lamb Kofta

Our Lebanese style minced lamb kofta mix has been developed with versatility in mind, perfect for a number of different delicious dishes. Inspired by flavours from the levant, we've blended harissa, garlic, coriander and spices to leave long lasting flavour on the palate. Hand-roll into koftas, perfect for cooking on the BBQ, flatten into patties for a distinctive lamb burger, or break up the mince and pair with soft shell tacos and a yogurt dressing. As always, our grass fed Yorkshire lamb is sourced from local, traditional farmers who rear their flocks slowly and naturally, making for sweet and succulent lamb that's sure to impress.
