Composition: 100% standardized extract, 1 capsule of 500mg contains:

300 mg of standardised 10:1 extract from seeds of Linum usitatissimum (flax seed extract)
50 mg of standardised 10:1 extract from seeds of Cucurbita maxima (pumpkin seed extract),
100 mg of standardised 10:1 extract from seeds of Vitis Vinifera (grape seed extract),
50 mg of standardised 10:1 extract from the seeds of Carthamus tinctorius (safflower seed extract).

The capsule cover is made of cellulose of plant origin.

Omega Flow 3-6-9 is a dietary supplement consisting of 4 rich natural sources with an optimal composition of omega 3-6-9 fatty acids. This mixture was prepared by the team of Ayurvedic doctors Planet Ayurveda with regard to the optimal representation of omega fatty acids according to the needs of the human body.

Omega 3 fatty acids correct imbalances in today's diet when we consume too many Omega 6 fatty acids. Excessive intake of Omega 6 fatty acids can lead to various health problems such as coronary heart disease, cancer or arthritis. Omega 9 fatty acids can reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and heart attack. Omega 3 fatty acids act effectively against the negative consequences of excess intake of Omega 6 fatty acids. This mixture has been prepared to ensure optimal fatty acid intake. At the same time, it helps to increase good HDL cholesterol and reduce bad LDL cholesterol.
