It is an old pear variety with small yieldings, but enormously aromatic fruit and with lots of nutrient density. Werner Retter has been a pioneer in producing this old pear variety for years. With its exquisite juices and noble brandies, the Retter name is known far beyond the borders of the park. Retter has managed to process these high-quality fruits and refine them with amazing technique.

This vinegar speciality is made from the juice of the fully ripe snow pears and is stored for 5 years before being filled in bottles.
