eBoltEurope.com is a "fully interactive advertising, marketing and trading company for selected goods and services through its global online network of "Product Availability Locations" to interested clients, starting from manufacturers to final sellers – especially to retailers with traditional brick-and-mortar stores. eBoltEurope adheres to the principle that e-shops should be a complement to traditional brick-and-mortar stores and not their replacement.

Through a transparent online distribution network, "Product Availability Locations", eBoltEurope offers every
wholesaler, retailer and consumer real opportunities to find the desired goods and services, regardless of the
consumer's geographical location, at the best possible price and at the most favorable price for delivery of the
goods to the consumer. This form of business is part of a strategy known as Trade Marketing.

DEFINITION: Trade Marketing is a wider marketing discipline that aims to increase demand with supply chain
partners such as wholesalers, retailers, or at the distributor level, rather than just at the customer level.

SALES SYSTEM ON THE PLATFORM 

eBoltEurope.com operates a sales system designed to allow buyers to search and purchase goods through our platforms directly from their sellers. This means that they do not buy from us, but from sellers who are registered on our platforms, where they have listed products.

Our mission is to provide a user-friendly platform for individuals, retailers and manufacturers to sell their goods directly to thousands of buyers every day. We strive to drive as much traffic as possible to our platform, helping sellers reach new customers and increase their earnings.

Please note that we do not own or sell any of the products listed on our platform. Buyers purchase goods directly from sellers who are registered on our platform.

Sellers on our platforms have full control over managing their sales. Transactions between buyers and sellers take place outside of our platform and solely between the two parties. The seller is responsible for sending the ordered goods to the buyer.

WE ARE PRODUCT-ORIENTED ON THE CUSTOMER 

Our entire platform is primarily product-oriented to customers (hereinafter referred to as "Buyers").

OUR PRIORITIES ARE THE FOLLOWING: 

• Our system never influences what the buyer wants to search for. Our goal is to give buyers the ability to find exactly what they are looking for without any influence on their decisions.
• Our system is designed so that the buyer finds all the necessary information about the product he is looking for directly on our platform and does not have to resort to searching for information about the product on third-party sites. We therefore require sellers to provide all required information correctly and truthfully when adding a new product. We do not accept any speculative sales or products that contain false or incomplete information on our platforms.
• We only want to have trusted sellers on our platforms, so we thoroughly vet each seller. One of the reasons we do this is to ensure that buyers can purchase products as safely as possible.
