You can permanently delete your account in the "account settings" section by clicking "delete account".

If you choose to permanently delete your account, you will lose the ability to buy and sell on our platforms. If you are also a seller, all your items for sale will be removed from the system. You will also lose access to your private conversations, purchase history, orders and payment receipts. All your personal data will be removed from the system. Receipts of payment will be kept for the administrator. We therefore recommend that you print all payment receipts before permanently deleting your account. If you have any premium services activated on your account, you are not entitled to a refund.

If you have decided that you want to permanently delete your account, you must enter your current password and select one of the reasons why you want to delete your account. If you want to give us any other information you want us to know, you can write to us. Feedback is very important to us in improving the quality of our services.

After submitting your request, you will have limited access to your user account. If you have changed your mind about permanently deleting your account, you can cancel this request no later than 14 days after it was sent. If you keep this request active after 14 days, your user account will be permanently deleted with no option to cancel this request no later than 60 days after sending this request. When your account is deleted, we will send you a notification to your registered email address.
