STEP BY STEP HOW TO BUY PRODUCTS ON OUR PLATFORM

1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT
   Basic Registration is simple, doesn't take much time and is completely free. After filling in the basic information, you will get buyer status and access to your user panel. You can learn more about creating a new account in the article „How do I create an account?“
2. SEARCH FOR AN ITEM
   There are many interesting products for sale on our platforms from various sellers. If you still don't have a concrete idea of what you want to buy, you can simply browse the ever-expanding selection of products. Using the search filter, click on one of the categories to view the products of that category, and you can narrow your search using other subcategories. If you already have an idea of the product you want to buy, use the search function available on the home page or on each product listing page. After starting the search, you can use the filter to narrow the search results by location, price or other product characteristics. 
3. PURCHASE OF THE PRODUCT
   
   • If you have found a product from a private seller, it is important that you establish contact with him and agree on the terms of payment and delivery of the goods.
   • If you have found a product from a seller who has a registered store on our platforms, you have the option to add this product to the basket directly on our platform or on the website of the seller.

HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT FROM A SELLER WHO IS REGISTERED AS A "PRIVATE SELLER"

If you have discovered a product from a private seller, it is essential that you establish contact with the seller and agree on the terms regarding payment and delivery of the goods. Private sellers often do not have standardized procedures and terms like standard sellers, so it is important that you clarify these terms and conditions. Communication with the seller will allow you to get all the necessary information and ensure that the transaction goes smoothly and without problems.

HOW TO BUY A PRODUCT FROM A SELLER REGISTERED AS "MY STORE" 

There are two different ways customers can purchase goods. This method is determined by the seller himself during the activation of his sales account. 

1. STANDARD SALE
   If the seller has chosen during account activation that he wants to manage the entire sale through our platform, customers have the option of adding products to the cart directly on our platform, which allows them to avoid visiting third-party sites. In this case, there are 2 buttons next to the price for each product: 
   
   1. ADD TO CART
      After clicking this button, the product is immediately added to the buyer's shopping cart, allowing them to continue shopping for other products without any problems.
   2. BUY NOW
      After clicking this button, the buyer is immediately taken to the order page, which allows him to quickly purchase a specific product from that seller.

   On the order overview page, the customer chooses the method of transport and payment according to the options set by the seller himself. 

2. DIRECT SALE
   The second way occurs if the seller chooses the direct selling method during the activation of his sales account. In this case, customers will not be able to add products to the cart directly on our platform. Instead, they will have to go to the retailer's online store to complete the order. This sales method is based on the fact that for each product, next to the price, a button with the inscription "BUY NOW" will be displayed. If the customer clicks on this button, he will be automatically redirected to the seller's own online store, where he will be able to complete the order.

COMMUNICATION BEFORE PURCHASING THE PRODUCT

In the event that you have discovered a specific product that you would like to purchase, we recommend that you contact the seller in case of any confusion. It is important to be clear about all the details regarding the item you are planning to buy to avoid possible misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises. 

Don't be afraid to ask the seller questions about the product. You can ask about the material, size, color, features or any other information to help you decide. The seller should be willing and able to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
