Lamb Shoulder Shawarma

Our lamb shawarma is a showstopper and features our succulent Yorkshire Dales lamb shoulder, spiced with a unique blend of herbs and spices from our friends at Arabica, and includes garlic, cardamom, chilli, cumin, and more. Inspired by Lebanese and Turkish traditions, this schawarma is ideal for either cooking on the barbecue over direct heat, or griddling, or popping in the oven for a delicious feasting treat. Serve up with flat breads, salads, hummus, and pickles for an authentic sharing spread.
