Spelt pasta is much appreciated for its mild, nutty aroma. The popular pasta twists now in a smaller size is also ideal for eating with a spoon. Enjoy with your favourite sauce or pesto, in pasta salads and pan-fried pasta dishes. Made with spelt and free-range eggs from Austria.
Cooking time: 6 minutes
Preparation:
For every 100 g of pasta, take 1 L of water.
Bring the water to the boil and salt generously.
Add the desired amount of pasta to the boiling water and stir occasionally while cooking.
After about 6 minutes, the pasta is cooked to an al dente consistency.
Drain the pasta and serve.
