Sun-kissed red peppers are harvested by hand, grilled over an open fire in a special oven and then peeled. The fruity taste with a subtle smoky aroma makes this product a very special delicacy. Serve on antipasti platters, in salads, as a side with grilled foods and fish or mix into sauces and dips.
