Every autumn when the freshly harvested olives are pressed to make olive oil in Andalusia, Fandler selects the finest olives for their top-quality organic extra virgin olive oil. Intense and fruity yet mild in flavour, this organic olive oil is high in unsaturated fatty acids (78%) and is a versatile oil for all culinary needs.

Enjoy it with salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, zucchini, pasta, sheep and goat cheese, soups etc. This olive oil may be gently warmed up at low heat.
