The Tannoy Defenicion 700 speaker system (top model line) has an elegant look and honest construction. The D 700 speaker weighing 41 kg is built as a 2 1/2 band. The upper, coaxial speaker (an offshoot of professional Tannoy speakers) emits an entire audible band, and at the same time its bass diaphragm acts as a "horn" for the tweeter located in the middle of this diaphragm. The crossover frequency here is 1.5 kHz. The lower speaker is bass boost up to 200 Hz. The half band is called because the top speaker does not have a crossover at this frequency and runs without restrictions, so both 25 cm speakers play simultaneously in the deepest octave. The speaker with an internal volume of 72 l has a large number of internal reinforcing bars. Both bass reflex holes are led backwards, the internal connection is routed with Van den Hul CS18 silver cables. The cushioning material is partly in mesh shirts to maintain precise definitions
