Ramón Peña makes a fine selection of the best pieces in the port. They are cleaned, roasted and packaged in tin craft. Spanish olive oil with is used to fill the can.

Our recomendation:  Serve the little sardines on a toast with caramelize onions, green peppers, courgette and pumpkin, all sauteed with Extra virgin olive oil on top.
