This tuna is about as far removed from the canned stuff as it gets.

Our sashimi tuna steaks are the centre cut from the yellow fin tuna. They are skinless, boneless and 100% pure meat. 

When eaten fresh, tuna’s pink, oily flesh has a mild, barely fishy flavour and meaty texture.

We only sell the finest wild caught yellow fin tuna that has been sustainably sourced from populations that are above the target level. 

Our tuna is caught individually via the pole and line fishing technique which eliminates by-catch and limits damage to the ocean.
