What are the conditions for adding new products?

In the event that the product violates these terms of use, or is contrary to the laws in force in the relevant country, the operator has the right to remove the product without any notice. If the deleted product had any premium service activated, the user is not entitled to a refund.

The conditions for adding products are as follows:

1. All product information must be provided correctly and truthfully.
2. The product must be placed in the correct category.
3. The product must have a suitable name that correctly and clearly describes it.
4. The product must contain high quality images. Images must be in PNG, JPG or WEBP format. The size of one image must not exceed 5 MB.
5. The same product for sale cannot be published more than once.
6. If the seller publishes personal data in the product information, he does so at his own risk. The operator is in no way responsible for the misuse of this personal data.
7. If the seller uploads his own photos to the product for sale, he automatically grants permission to the operator to use these photos during the period of publication of the given product.

Product information cannot contain:

1. Content promoting the use of illegal substances, nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content.
2. Content that uses ambiguous or inappropriate language.
3. Content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate speech, spam, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice that is not permitted by law.
4. Content that is offensive, defamatory, against public policy or otherwise illegal or any other content that is deemed inappropriate.
5. Images that are watermarked with the company's logo or any other information, such as the company's website.
