I did not receive any confirmation email. What should I do?

The most common problem during registration is that the user did not receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation email within a few minutes of creating your account, any of the following could have happened: 

  1. Incorrectly entered e-mail address 
    If you entered your email address incorrectly during registration, you can edit it in your user environment in the "account settings" section by clicking on "email settings". After entering a new email address, we will automatically send you an email to this new address in which you confirm the change. Your new registration email address will not be active until you confirm the change in the email we sent you. 
  2. The email has been moved to the SPAM folder
    If you can't find the email in your inbox, check your SPAM or Junk folder.
  3. Lack of space in the email inbox
    Make sure there is enough space in your email inbox for the next email. 
  4. Delayed email system 
    It is possible that the email system you are using is slower than expected in delivering the message. In that case, you should wait a few more minutes.

ATTENTION: For security reasons, it is possible to change the registration email address only once within 30 days. So, if you entered the email address incorrectly during registration, check it carefully before saving.
