The Peppersweet peppers used for this specialty are grown by DIE KÄSEMACHER. When the cherry peppers are ripe, they're hand harvested, filled with a hearty tuna filling and marinated in rapeseed oil.
Through careful heat treatment, the Peppersweet peppers retain their crisp bite and fruity-sweet taste. Thanks to this special process, the glass can be kept for up to a year before opening, even without refrigeration.
