Pike fillet steaks

Pike is not our fastest-selling line, but it owns one of the most famous endorsements: ’... too good a fish for any but anglers.. or very honest men’, said Izaak Walton, the Compleat Angler. Did he mention the bones? These are one of the few fillet steaks in our range that contain bones - they are all but impossible to remove before cooking (and not easy after).
