Scottish Smoked Salmon Side

Our smoked salmon sides are from Scottish fish. They're long sliced which means horizontally, so you get luxuriously long 30-50cm slices. There are so many ways you can eat this, from just on its own standing at the fridge door (like I do!) to using it in your cooking, (since you have plenty), by way of some gorgeous sandwiches, of course. Is it's already sliced, it's super easy to put on top of a salad, or onto a sharing platter.
