Wild Patagonian Toothfish Fillet Steaks

This is a lumbering colossus (up to 100kgs) of the southern deep with divine white, buttery flesh. It's a low-calorie, protein-dense fish. As it's flesh is so dense, it lends itself well to being cooked any way you wanted and it's not likely to flake apart as you move it around. It's a wonderfully tasty and versatile fish to try new things with. 

Each pack has two skin on fillet steaks
Try baking it in the oven and serving with a lemon, dill and caper sauce
One 320g pack would serve two main meals
