Beirabaga Apricot with Peppermint Jam

In 2004 a new project was born with the production of Beirabaga Jams and Almonds, products made in a traditional way, with best-quality Portuguese fruits and using the most modern production techniques.
This Apricot Jam with peppermint is prepared according to a new recipe. Free from artificial color and preservatives, it is produced only with fruit and sugar. Made with national Apricot and peppermint grown in Portugal and carefully selected by Beirabaga. This product pairs nicely with roast lamb or pork.
