Beirabaga Quince Jam

We are a family business that has been dedicated to beekeeping for over a century. With the same passion that moved Grandfather Jorge de Almeida Lima five generations ago. We cultivate and preserve the knowledge and tastes of an ancestral activity, which respects nature and integrates her in perfection.

In 2004 a new project was born with the production of Beirabaga Jams and Almonds, products made in a traditional way, with best-quality Portuguese fruits and using the most modern production techniques.

This jam is made from quinces produced in Portugal, more particularly in Beira Baixa (it contains only natural products). In order to obtain a different kind of jam, we cut the fruit in small cubes resulting in a pleasant dessert.
