Mejillones En Escabeche. The mussel is one of Galicia’s gastronomic treasures. It is a gem, and therefore requires the utmost care in packaging. The canned mussel keeps all of its nutritional value, like its unique source of vitamin B12.  Sure, they have wonderful health benefits, but these are succulent and delicious. Cabo de Peñas uses a pickling recipe to marinate these mussels that is one of our favorites of all that we’ve tried on the market.
