Cucumbers have a fresh, flavourful taste that goes perfectly with summer dishes. The Belberry cucumber vinegar is made from mild vinegar and 30% cucumber puree and is perfect for making salad dressings and vinaigrettes. The vinegar also gives hearty meat dishes (especially pork) a refreshing note. The vinegar can also be used for making marinades for grilled poultry, dips based on yoghurt (Raita, Tsatsiki ...) or even drinks like cucumber lassi.
