Atlantic salmon, or common salmon, (salmo salar) is an excellent ally of the cardiovascular system, cognitive development and weight management, (among others) and stands out for its richness in protein, water-soluble vitamins (B vitamins) and fat-soluble vitamins (vitamin D), minerals (potassium and selenium) and omega-3 fatty acids.

In the wild it can grow to 150 cm in length and live up to 13 years. In aquaculture it is bred at sea, in its habitat, applying practices that ensure its well-being and creating conditions for the development of this species.
