Hot peppers are popular aroma carriers for many culinary creations. At Staud's, the flavourful and spicy green, yellow and red chillies are preserved in spirit vinegar. Included are pepper varieties such as Kilian and Kristan which are allowed to ripen fully under the sun in Burgenland (Seewinkel region) before being harvested and processed. The pretty peppers are a wonderful addition to salads, spreads and appetiser platters. They can also be used to season warm dishes.
