Made from coconuts grown in Sri Lanka. The coconut paste is ground twice in a colloid mill giving it a homogenous texture that is particularly smooth and fine.
Note: Rapunzel's coconut cream does not contain any additives, therefore coconut fat can separate over time. Warm it up in a water bath (it softens and liquefies at temperatures above 25°C) and stir well to mix in the oil. The quality remains unaffected.
