Organic Red Kidney Beans - 400g

Ready to eat, canned red kidney beans are a great staple to have on hand for days when you don't have much time to cook. You can use them to make a delicious salad, a quick chilli or soup or serve in a stir-fry along with other vegetables. They also taste delicious when pureed to make a spread or dip. The mild nutty taste of red kidney beans goes very well with aromatic herbs or spicy peppers.

Note: The cooked beans along with sea salt and water are canned and treated with heat for a longer shelf-life.
