Super Frozen Tuna Steaks - Sashimi Grade

You might be wondering why it's important that these steaks have been frozen at minus 60C. Freezing it at the temperature is the best possible way to preserve the taste and texture of the tuna. With no ice glaze or additives, they are 100% natural. Our favorite method for cooking these tuna steaks is to marinate them in lime juice and Jamaican jerk seasoning before frying on a really high heat to blacken and seal, leaving the middle pink.
