Whole Mediterranean Sea Bass - Cleaned

Perfect restaurant-style whole sea bass, cleaned and descaled, ready to pop in your oven. These fish come from Turkish fish farms, which go back to the 1970s. We find their products excellent.

A whole sea bass is ideal for stuffing, which can ve verty simple: lemon and herbs, wrap in foil and pop in your oven. If you want to try something a little more adventurous, maybe try a salt bake?
