Yellowtail kingfish misshapes

Misshapes are nice pieces of fish that are left over when we make steaks. You could cook them up by themselves - just flash fry in butter - or mix a few packs up to make a fish stew or fish pie. Since these pieces of fish come from the same fillet that we use to cut our sashimi and steaks from, they are suitable to eat raw if you wanted to. They may be an odd shape but they will still be absolutely delicious!
