Explanation of TermsThe following table explains the meaning of the terms and definitions used in these terms. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

Any natural person who browses the website or otherwise uses the services of the platform in any other way. It doesn't matter if the person is logged in or not.

User

Any natural person who has created an account on the platform and is logged in.

Seller

Any natural person who has created an account on the platform and has an activated sales account.

Buyer

Any natural person who has created an account on the platform or has purchased goods from any seller who sells their products through this platform.

Listing

Specific product page that contains all the important information about the product, such as the name, images, description or specifications.

User Panel

The user panel, in other words "Dashboard", is a website through which the user can manage his account.

Device

The visitor's electronic device, such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer, through which the visitor connects to the platform.

General Information

The user voluntarily provides the administrator with personal data in accordance with the GDPR, for the purpose of providing services on this platform. The administrator processes the user's personal data for the purposes of sales and related services.
The administrator is authorized to process all personal data of the user, which he obtains during the use of the service, or which the user enters in the registration or any other forms.
If the user has provided his personal data, the administrator will share this data only if your request concerns us or if required by law. The administrator never provides personal information to private organizations.
Through the contact form, which is located on the pages of a specific product, the user can directly contact the seller of the given product. The data entered in this form will also be automatically sent to the given seller. The seller will be shown the full name of the user who contacted him, the email address, the subject and the text of the message.
In the event that a seller chooses to allow buyers to be contacted by phone, the seller's phone number is visible to all users of the platform and will be publicly displayed on all of his products and on his sales page.
The user agrees that the administrator is authorized to send the user messages containing information about changes to the platform and news. The administrator can only send such messages using the contact data that the user entered during registration or in his user panel.
The administrator collects information only for statistical purposes, from which summary statistics are created. For example, this data shows which content users viewed more often and which less. All this information remains exclusive to the platform administrator and is not shared with third parties.

Third-Party Websites & AppsThird-party websites and applications that are not owned, operated or controlled by our company are an integral part of Internet operations. These websites may collect personal information and may make it available to other users. However, personal data is not collected for or specifically provided to our company. Our company does not collect and subsequently collect, maintain, share or otherwise use such personal data.

General Conditions

Information provided on this platform is considered public information and may be distributed or copied unless otherwise noted. The information on this platform is of a general nature. However, the use of appropriate captions, photos and images is required.
This platform allows users to link to other websites that are not managed by the administrator of this platform. The administrator has no control over the nature, content or availability of these websites. By providing these links, we are not recommending or endorsing the opinions expressed on them.

Nevertheless, the administrator cannot guarantee the accuracy of the data provided for the products. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of this information. The seller is obligated to provide truthful information about the products. Users who rely on the accuracy of the information about the product they are purchasing do so at their own risk. If a user harbors any doubts about the authenticity of the information provided by the seller, they have the option to report the listing. In such instances, the platform administrator will review the listing and inform the user who reported it of the outcome of the review.
The administrator only mediates the contact between the seller and the buyer, and is in no way responsible for any losses or damages that may occur to users or third parties in connection with the use of this platform.
Although the administrator makes every effort to ensure that the platform functions without problems, it bears no responsibility for damages in the event of temporary unavailability of the platform due to technical problems.
The user is obliged to fill in his personal and contact information truthfully and accurately. If he does not do so, the administrator is entitled to delete the user's account without any notice.
The user is not entitled to a refund of any paid fee paid for our paid or premium in case of violation of these terms of use. In the event that the platform is temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, users' premium services will be extended for the period during which access to the platform was restricted.
The administrator bears no responsibility in the event that a third party illegally accesses the user account on our platforms. Therefore, we recommend that you always set a strong and secure password and do not share your login information with other people.
If the user wants to request a complaint, he is entitled to contact the administrator by email. The complaint must contain all information to clarify the given problem.
The administrator is responsible for the functionality of the paid services. In the event that technical problems occur, the administrator is obliged to solve these problems as soon as possible.
The administrator can send SMS messages to phone numbers provided by the user in any registration or contact form, or to numbers obtained from our partners. If you received such an SMS message and do not want to receive our messages, contact us via e-mail. Your phone number will then be removed from our database.

Adding ListingsIn the event that the listing violates these terms of use, or is contrary to the laws in force in the relevant country, the platform administrator has the right to remove the listing without any notice. If the deleted listing had any premium service activated, the user is not entitled to a refund.The conditions for adding listings are as follows:

All listing information must be provided correctly and truthfully.
The listing must be placed in the correct category.
The listing must have a suitable name that correctly and clearly describes the product listed in it.
The listing must contain high quality images. The primary image must have a white background. Images must be in PNG, JPG or WEBP format. The size of one image must not exceed 5 MB.
Listing with the same product cannot be published more than once.
If the seller publishes personal data in the listing information, he does so at his own risk. The platform administrator is in no way responsible for the misuse of this personal data.
If the seller uploads his own photos to the listing, he automatically grants permission to the platform administrator to use these photos during the period of publication of the given listing.

Listing information cannot contain:

Content promoting the use of illegal substances, nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content.
Content that uses ambiguous or inappropriate language.
Content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate speech, spam, mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice that is not permitted by law.
Content that is offensive, defamatory, against public policy or otherwise illegal or any other content that is deemed inappropriate.
Images that are watermarked with the company's logo or any other information, such as the company's website.

Account CancellationThe platform administrator can cancel the user account based on the following points:

If the user repeatedly violates these terms of use, the administrator has the right to suspend or even cancel the user's account without notice.
If the user does not verify their account via email address and phone number.
If the user is inactive for more than 180 days.
If a user requests to cancel their account directly in their user panel.

Terms Changes & ValidityThe administrator of the platform reserves the authority to alter or amend these terms at its discretion. These modifications could be made for reasons of updating platform functions, improving data protection or complying with updated laws regarding personal data protection. Should any modifications be implemented, users who are registered will receive notification of such changes through email.Communication between the platform administrator and users via email is a crucial part of ensuring that users are always up to date with changes in the terms.These terms are valid from Mar 25, 2024.
